They took ages to give us our hot beverages. The whole place was full, and nobody was eating because they were super slow. Yes, the deserts are quite tasty, but it isn't worth the wait. Also, the space is not that big, so as everybody is talking, the sound is overwhelming. Definitely, not a place that I recommend to have a nice date.

Spent 10 quid on a dessert, staff was very nice, however slow to clean tables. We ordered the milkshake with a cake slice and they served us a frozen piece of red velvet. Since it took 20 minutes to get our dessert, we didn’t want to ask for something else. I would have rather taken the old piece from the display case than eat that frozen cardboard.

This place is so amazing, I’ve been here multiple times and my experience has been great every single time. The deserts are always so well made and delicious and the servers are super nice and polite. I also love the indoor decor, me and my friends are always commenting on how cute it is - and thank you Luisa for serving us on our most recent visit, you’re amazing!!
