Bubble waffle was delicious, will definitely be going back!!! Only thing is i used the hand sanitiser on the counter and it squirted into my eyes, it must have been blocked up so would suggest changing it. Apart from that small detail it was lovely.

We visited as a family, friendly staff and great service. The environmental impact of this place is concerning, all plastic cups and was told I couldn’t use a glass. No facilities to recycle so had to take the cups home with us. Really shocking given the current climate situation. Pictures all over front of shop promoting plastic cups. Please do better! Will not be returning until the policy on this changes.

The absolute best bubble teas around. My favourite is the blue curaçao, kiwi and mango popping bubbles Boba Lush, which looks like a beautiful deep blue sea with the sun shimmering on top. I crave this drink so much!

Overall nice first bubble waffle experience, staff were very nice, quite pricey but still affordable and didn’t take too long to make, waffle was slightly undercooked but edible, good treat after something savoury but felt a bit sick after eating from the sweetness.

Staff was awful. My child accidentally dropped the closed cup of bubble tea right after it was handed to him and it fell therefore it was spilled on the floor. They cleaned it but they were not nice at all. They did not even offered a replacement. Customer care it’s a full zero, not even 1 star.

I saw a child dropping his bubble tea when the staff handed it to him and the staff was so rude to them. They even replied it was their accident and if they wanted another one they should pay for it.Horrible customer treatment.

My daughter requested a waffle after a difficult week and this was the closest place to where we were at the time. Super glad we visited. Decided on the stick waffle as its less mess and i was sure she'd not finish the bubble waffle wrap. It was delicious. Nice staff let us swap Nutella for white chocolate sauce. Kind lady that made the waffle was generous with toppings and gave my daughter a lovely smile. Perfect size, lovely taste. 10/10 i spent the day out in brighton to buy some cute stuff and came across this adorable tea shop. I didnt know there was a bubble waffle type shop in brighton. They have 2 different types of waffles. Normal waffles you get on the stick and the infamous bubble house waffle. It was made very well and I absolutely love it. So many people in Brighton don’t know about this place I spent most the day directing and telling people about it.
