“Beautiful restaurant ? so happy we got to go ☺️. Definitely be one of our spots when we are back down this side please check it out.I had the jerk lamb with sweet potato fries. Mr decided to have oxtail with rice and peas with quarter fried chicken. We did have starters which were spicy chicken wings and temper Prawns. Excellent starters. Jerk sauce fabulous ?Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian part of the menuDietary restrictions: Please let them know if you have any.”

Shame that there us currently no lunch/eve chef especially as the breakfast chef is exceptional...as are the staff, especially Damien the manager (who is secretly Declan)???he welcomed us like old freinds...and recommended an exquisite glass of Alberone...we will be back v.soon, high end design led comfort ...Best in Eastbourne x”
Bar • “Great good, nachos with a good layer of toppings. Lamb shank main, in an amazing gravy. The brilliant selection of veggies were let down by limp broccoli which was overcooked. Would that stop me visiting again, not a chance great food, fantastic staff service. Almost five star, almost… 4.6.”

“Lovely pub bar at the end of the Eastbourne pier. The menu had good breakfast options and great seafood and burgers. The main things are the view and pier as the backdrop. The service was superb... The waitress was really helpful and came back to help us. We even split some beer and they cleaned it up quickly and efficiently. My assistantace dog was made to be welcome and I will definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly”
Bar • “Absolutely love The Rodmill - been there many times as live not too far away. Would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a reasonably priced, decent hot meal with good service. There were seven of us served by a lovely young lady by the name of Lisa N who was very good at her job - very professional. The food was delicious, no complaints whatsoever. Enjoyed our evening there very much and will definitely be back.”

She's attentive, kind, friendly and happy to help with any requests. The food is good, restaurant is clean but Sam makes the experience special every week. She's an amazing asset to the team! “I’ve lived in Eastbourne for over 38 years and I’ve never been to this pub. We had a Sunday lunch of roast Turkey and others in our group had roast lamb. Quality of the food was amazing, 3 decent size dinners that totalled £30 plus drinks - brilliant, we will be back. Recommend”
