3 years i have been ordering with this company and not once has my order been correct. I have given up calling to report it. Will be looking for a new kabab place now. Shame as their food is good. But there is always something missing or the potions are vastly different for the same item bought at the same time. Large shish my ..... My suggestion to the business - you need to work on your quality control and need to check orders are correct before they leave the shop.

Ordered multiple items all of food was cold the kebabs were full of gristle and one was undercooked the chips was like cardboard. When we rang up to speak to them they was rude and not helpful at all! Will never order here again.

Been waiting for nearly 2 hours for the delivery, when the driver arrived he was super surprised that the order was cancelled, when I've shown him around 20 calls that I've made to the restaurnt and never were answered. He was like, "oh, ok and...?", no sorry or anything. Been ordering from this place before, food quality was OK, but will not ever again in the future.

Just ordered paid extra for cheesy chips arrived with 0 cheese asked for doner to be sliced thin came thick sliced and full of grizzle not fit for a dog asked for a tiny amount of chilli the whole kebab was drenched in it.. Whole lot went in bin. Apart from chips as luckily had some cheese so grated that on so my daughter would eat them.. Will not order again!
