Service was fast and servers were very friendly and explained everything clearly. Food was regularly restocked and a wide variety to choose from. Will definitely be back and highly recommend ??Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options to choose from! Very pleased.Dietary restrictions: All dishes had signs of what the dish may contain, very useful.Parking: Closest parking is at the Beacon, just opposite the restaurant.

I found it just fine, with the size of the restaurant and the amount of staff that are working there, they can make it 100 times better. The food was fine, the service not very good I would say it just fine. I believe with a little bit of more consideration by the management the restaurant can be very good.

Generally very disappointed.We were shown to our table, not asked if we wanted any drinks, so we went to the buffet.The plates were cold and felt dirty underneath.The food looked reasonable and varied, but we found everything to be cold, and fairly tasteless. We arrived at 12pm, the food was already cold.When we got back to our table, a waiter finally asked if we wanted any drinks, he didn't seem impressed when we asked for water.The worst thing was,we were both eating when the waiter came to us and said, hiw are you paying?I had to talk to him with my mouth full !I thought it was terrible, we have paid before sitting down, and after we have finished eating, but NEVER DURING !!All in all not a pleasant experience, we will not be visiting again.

Not the worst food I've eaten, but not far off it.Partly the problem of having a buffet on a quiet night. All the dishes were luke warm and dried out.It was a Wednesday evening and very little atmosphere.Staff seemed disinterested.You have to pay up front, presumably because most people just walked out refusing to pay for substandard food.

We paid for the Valentines dinner instead of the lunch we were told 10 minutes after eating that we didn’t pay for the dinner and was given 10 minutes to eat or get more if we wanted we were getting stared at from a distance we felt so uncomfortable to the point we left very quickly after, altogether we had one plate of food we spent over £40 bad service, to top that off we had instance abdominal pain on the bus home

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. Cold food, terrible customer service. Make you pay up front - after eating I now understand why - because most people wouldn’t be prepared to pay for the terrible quality they serve up. Asked for a partial refund having barely eaten 1 plate of food, was refused and directed to send to an email address which I’ve since found out doesn’t even exist (email complaint bounced back)
