I have ordered of Uber eats thè delivery person was lovely but the food was not even on a plastic plate or anything just on the carbord box and it was tiny not like the ones in store this is unacceptable to think this is okay!

I wouldn't even give it a one it was badly organised dirty messy with definitely some hygiene concerns. Customer service terrible only one guy doing everything. Would not recommend.

My wife and I visited Creams in Eastbourne to host our baby shower. We enquired with the management and we were given a private downstairs seating area to use. We had around 20 guests show up at varying times of the afternoon, mainly with children and it was a wonderful afternoon. Great food for the adults and kids, lovely milkshakes and choice of coffee and soft drinks as well. Staff were attentive and helpful. Really hit the sweet spot and will recommended to anyone else who is in need of a decent sized spot to host a birthday party/baby shower.

Wow! The Kinder Bueno waffle was huge and so very delicious. You could easily share it. The thick shake was also amazing and with so many wonderful flavours to choose I can't wait to come back ?

We have visited Creams twice this summer. Delicious waffles! The biscoff one was so tasty. I had to return the following week for another one with my son. The warm cookie dough was a winner too. Yummy, thick milkshakes.

Ordered for a birthday treat for work colleague. Waffle was still soggy in the middle and wasn’t sweet despite having chocolate on top. Crepes were tasteless and drinks were not good. We couldn’t any of it. Waste of £47! We have tried to contact the store but no one responded, we were only going to ask for a refund!

I visited with my husband and grandchilthen. The children ordered directly from the menu the food was tasty they cleared their plates. My husband and I eat low carb And couldn't find anything on the menu to meet our dietary needs. After speaking with a member of staff, they were able to meet my request for strawberries and cream, despite this, not being on the menu as a specific item. Not only were they able to meet our needs but when ithe food arrived at the table, it had been beautifully presented. It was lovely to be able to eat with the children in a place. That wouldn't normally be able to meet our dietary needs.

The best cookie dought i ever trie.I went there every day with my friends for a meeting full of gossip and of course the famous cookies absolutely delicious , with extremely nice waiters who recognized us every days special mention for the music which was really good (Mac miller and Ariana Grande) . I hope one day to return to Eastbourne and be able to relive these magical moments again ♡

Used to be nice place, went today very rude staff member fetuses to make my requested shake, instead insisted I buy the thick shake with all the extras which I didn't want. Will be very unlikely to ever go there again. Might be an idea for the management to employ people who can do the job

1) cold Americano in their understanding is hot Americano with ice. In result it’s neither hot or cold, it’s just disgusting2) not tasty at all3) the guy has touched every single spot of cup and straw with his hands (no gloves!!), so I can’t enjoy the drink now, I just think about bacteria

Absolutely disgusting. Costumer service was appalling. Male on the bar brought me my nachos which, was the wrong size and all aspects of the dish was stone cold, no hot nacho sauce and paid £9.95 for what is on the picture which was a shared nachos dish. This young male correctly took me away from the bar as the manger started to be rude Infront of other customers. This situation lasted half an hour with the manger and young man on the bar arguing with other staff that I had the right dish, not listening to the fact the dish was stone cold and I was not willing a newly plated dish at this point and wanted a full refund. This rather rude small lady was a manger!!!!! A manger and doesn't know the own food that she serves in her own bar/desert Parlier, Think you need to go back to management school!!! There was a very tall well presented man and two younger ladies who was absolutely fantastic and thank you for your service, the manger and young lad needs to go!!!! Highly recommend to avoid this place until there is new management!!!!
