I do not recommend ordering soup here, I ordered Tomato soup, the soup was awful and horrible in taste.I had the impression that it was just plain soup from a can poured onto a plate and heated in the microwave.My stomach hurts from this soup..?The tea was good.

Lovely well priced cafe with tasty food. Our new place to go with the girls. Friendly and welcoming service.Jan 2024 - now I take it all back. Warning to any disabled customers - DO NOT GO TO DEJA VU. They refuse to serve you at the table and insist you must go up to the counter when the server got my order wrong the previous week. Very dismissive attitude. Will NOT visit again. Sitting writing this in Shades where they're very helpful. Custom lost ... like you care, although I think the 2010 Equality Act would have something to say about your attitude and behaviour to disabled customers ?

God old faithful, gotta love a bit of Deja Vu. Staff always smiling and helpful, always clean. You know what you're getting with this café, good old fashioned food, well cooked and a decent price, nothing fancy, but sometimes that's just what you want.
had a good brunch. food was fresh, no-nonsense all day breakfast. transport cafe style. just as we like it.

Why have I only just discovered this place!! As an ex coach driver I thought I knew the best places to eat, obviously not, the food is well cooked, tasty, and plenty of it, I had steak and kidney pie, it came with roast and new potatoes, green beans, carrots and peas, and it was lovely, I struggled but managed to eat it all, the staff were grate friendly, efficient very attentive, I will definitely go in here again
