I went to freshfield Domino's to collect my order to find I had ordered to a different Domino's. The guys working told me not to worry, called the other store to cancel my order then made me a fresh lot there and then. Such lovely guys, really kind and helpful.

Honestly half the time this place is great but every weekend without fail even though the say they are open till 3am they won't pick up the phone and I'm pretty sure turn off app access so when I finish my 12 hour shift at 2 and want something to eat I'm met with a rung out phone and disappoint

Absolutely fuming at the state of our pizzas. No covering at all on parts of mine...and i paid for 'extra cheese'. The tomato base was so thick in places and nothing on other areas, resulting in my mouth full of tomato base. Hardly any other toppings.They must have literally thrown the ingredients on. How dare anyone treat someones food like this? Disgusting. The other pizza was burnt and with hardly any cheese also with massive amounts of base in several areas. I can only describe these pizzas as NASTY. Never again will i risk ordering from freshwater square again. If the so called chef is reading this then let me tell you...you re in the wrong job. Your skill is in our bin. Vile. An absolute disgrace to your employer.

I've been using this store since it opened but recently the service has gone down and the prices sky high. The food has been delivered cold on numerous occasions and there's no level of customer service when it's brought to their attention. They were not bothered in any way when I as a regular and long term customer said I would not return as a customer.Avoid.
