Brainless service and owners who employ only 3 people, especially during rush hours. You can order food at the right time via the app and thus avoid queues, right? No, you won't avoid the queue, and you'll wait even longer than others. Even though you choose to pick up at 1 p.m., be sure that it will be ready only at 1:15 p.m. So you have to stand there like a clown for another 15-20 minutes. Useless. Brainless staff first packs hot food such as chicken bake for your order, which then stays in the bag for 15 minutes waiting for the next items to complete the order, so your hot food is not hot. Sometimes you just need to use your brain in life, it's not difficult. I would probably never write this review, but it has happened over and over again, and each time it only gets worse. I probably won't go back there, the worst Greegs I've ever been to. I do not recommend.

I have always wondered why the queue outside Gregg's in Eastbourne.was so long.I thought perhaps it was such good food.No. It was because the staff were useless. They spent more time dithering, chatting amongst themselves, only two serving while more people out the back. And when I finally got to the front of the queue. - No Sausage Rolls as they did not have ready.

Grossly under staffed. Quees out of the door and into the shopping centre. For somewhere so busy I can't believe there were only 2 people serving. Ridiculous. Their area manager needs to have a look at staffing the place better.

Long queue but moved fairly quickly. Well stocked shelves and fridges. Plenty of hot food such good value for money especially when yu do the deals and offers. Only wanted a couple of sausage rolls for a homeless person.

Why can the sausage rolls be reheated, given some rubbish that is not allowed. I never realised sausage rolls were governed but such strict thermal protocols, or is this to help prevent global warming?

I did an order online when I saw the queue and collected 5 mins later scooting to the click and collect desk. Absolutely brilliant and will use the app again. A new person did a great job doing my order coffee and pizza slice done fresh to order and was lovely and hot. The spicy pizza and caramel latte were yummy ? ???. Thanks for great experience.
