The restaurant is in a fantastic location, we could eat and watch the harbour. The staff were really friendly and available to satisfy our every need. Our meals were also delicious and exceeded our expectations. So an excellent experience that we will definitely repeat.

We had booked a table, as was given a gift card. Quick service and taken to our table, given a choice where we wanted to sit, as was quite early. We were served by Louis, who was very attentive and friendly. He informed us of the choices, checked we were OK at the right time, ie, not when we had a mouth full of food. We would like to say to his managers that he is a big credit to the Harvester company.Mr and Mrs D O'Neill.Vegetarian options: A varied menu for vegetarians.

Very welcoming, warm, cosy & festive.Lovely music playing at a good volume not intrusive.Filter coffee is the best & great with toast in the morning. Very dog friendly.

The food was a little slow to come. Took a little over an hour for it to come, To be fair, we was a table of 11. Was there for about 3 hours in total, but it was worth the wait!

Great cooked breakfast where everything was cooked to order and piping hot. A shout out for Erin who offered exceptional customer service - nothing was too much trouble and served with a smile. Will definitely be returning here again and highly recommend as somewhere to enjoy a lovely full English.

We came as a big group for my dad’s 65th birthday. Our waitress Katie was so sweet and kind to us even though we were quite loud she done such a good job with us! Best harvester we have had and Katie done a fantastic job.

Food as expected and consistent throughout chain. No problem. Order at the bar seemed to be an issue. Food never came, had to chase up the mains after seeing others being served. This was resolved quickly. Second orders, coffee and desert, same issue as before. Even at 9pm and near empty. Still had to chase up. Would have been nice to have coffee with the mini desert. I would go back.

Very welcoming, waitress Emma was very polite, helpful and friendly to us and my children! Compliments to the chief, cooked all dinners lovely and the steaks to perfection!! Highly recommended.
Disappointed with having to wait when we first arrived. Nobody coming up to us as we stood at the front desk . Eventually approached and seated. Another substantial wait for service, but once our waitress had come over to us, the service drastically improved.Food not fantastic but good value for money. The self-serve salad bar makes all the difference.Great to take the kids to fill them up when you're out and about and don't want to cook when you get home .

Ordered a simple lunch of jacket potatoes with cheese an beans. Waited over 40 mins. When it came the Potato's weren't at their best black bits within an hard still. The staff did not seemed bothered, had to leave food inedible food uneaten. They Mumbled sorry as I paid for drinks an left.

absolutely disgusting steaks were so tough not cooked properly mixed grill was horrible sausage was hard and the chips were cold and we were sat for 25 minutes before we even saw anybody to say about our food AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS

Went on a weekday for lunch, my girlfriend has a buy a meal get one free offer. We booked for a Wednesday at 1:30. We turned up and it was busy however only about 3 staff on the floor serving tables. We waited about 20 minutes just to get shown to our table, the first table we were shown still had left over food from the previous people that had used the table. We were shown a clear 2nd table which we sat at, this had dry food on it, the cutlery had to be wiped on the spare napkin to be cleaned. The salad bar was great. We ordered chicken skewers and classic combo from the grill range. The chicken skewer turned out to be the driest chicken I'd ever tasted. The classic combo also had chicken which was the smallest piece of chicken I'd seen We complained and the waitress removed the chicken skewer from the bill. In short we paid for chips salad and 2 cokes!!
