At first I noticed how clean this place is. The staff were very friendly and efficient, I ordered a boneless meal for one with sweet chilli dip and gravy and a latte. There were not many people in here at 1.30 on a Monday and our food was served very quickly, it was hot and very tasty, i thoroughly enjoyed it. 5 Stars.
Vegetarian options: Very nice, slightly spicy coating with mayonnaise, but the fries are not vegan.

Disappointed. I was visiting Eastbourne and had a hotel 5 minutes down the road. I decided to keep it simple and get a good ol' KFC. Stuffing stacker looked good! Drove 5 mins, collected, charged, went back to hotel, 5 minutes. Open up the burger box. No stuffing!? C'mon. How difficult is it to construct a popular menu item? What I had wasn't even on the menu because it wasn't the zinger stacker, so I can't even make an excuse for you. I actually looked forward to this and spent extra for the 'pleasure'. Cheers ?

Food was fine usual KFC fayre. However no spoon provided for the beans.But the entrance for the drive through is so poorly lit it is hard to see where to go at night. The menu is also unlit which when using the drive through is not ideal.Really needs some improvements undertaken.

Quick and efficient. Don't go off you want great customer service as they aren't there to make sure you're OK. And definitely don't go if you don't like chicken!
