The staff make this hotel. All very helpful and all seem very happy. Great atmosphere, they could not do more for us. Location very central for sea and shops therefore no need to move the car once parked on the side road.
A fantastic hotel. Brilliant customer service from check in to check out, great breakfast and all the staff are really friendly..couldn't recommend enough. A credit to Eastbourne. A great place to stay.. can recommend.. a great location with fantastic staff. Can recommend.

The staff are amazing ? my mum was staying with her sister for her 80th birthday ? they treated them so well guiding them through their stay, they were in one of the accesible room due to my mum being disabled. I want give a personal shout out to Dawn who made their couple of days so special and a gift of a bottle of wine and a card. Thank you we will be staying again
