As usual really slow service at this Starbucks but also delayed by member of staff dropping/spilling drinks and another member of staff almost throwing the coffee at me in a very dismissive manner. Such a shame, always great service at Hickstead Starbucks.

Called in drakehouse ,only went in because there wasn’t a costa,.coffee ok but what on Earth is in their five cheese toastie,it’s was awful ,something inside that resembled a newborn nappy ,tasteless and the most unappetising thing I’ve ever seen,couldn’t eat it,don’t think it had seen any cheese,like wallpaper paste,ugh!

Really disappointed in the branch of Starbucks, staff very unmotivated, and it is absolutely filthy everywhere, food all over the floors, tables haven’t been wiped all day, won’t be coming back here
It is a Starbucks so expect a Starbucks. Its standard stuff and i love it.

The place needs a deep clean. The floor was filthy all over and under the benches. I got way too much syrup in my tea! But again,it was very very dirty.

Most of the staff are lovely, really personable, some are not but to be honest it’s not that big of a deal. Shout out to Alisa (I hope I spelt her name right) she’s great, always so lovely and makes a fantastic latte. This is my local store to my work and in the five years I’ve been going, I’ve only had about 5 drinks that haven’t been great/I’ve had to take back because they were wrong etc, so that’s pretty great if you ask me!
