Walked in and was completely ignored while they served the three Just Eat Drivers. Wouldn't have minded if they had said sorry and we'll be a moment. This is the 2nd and last time I'll use Wicked. Went to Chippy next door and served within 2 Mins.

Best chicken in Eastbourne! Variety bucket was excellent, very tasty, not greasy at all and hot. Spicy wings superb. Not a fan of chips but these were very very good. Will be back again. Thank you guys.

Terrible customer service! Half of my order was missing after I waited almost an hour and a half, Called the restaurant to explain and they was so rude!! ! Have refused to refund or send out the missing food we had paid for!

Rude staff!When I ordered the food I was told the food would be 15mins which was fine. 35mins later I asked how long the food would be only to be told with a lot of attitude "another 6mins, I told you it would be bit of a wait!" no apology was given, just a rude tone and response.It would have been nice to have been updated the food would be a bit longer, instead I was expected to sit there waiting.I would understand if it was busy at the time but it wasn't. Why tell me 15mins in the first place if it wasn't feesable? I used to go regularly but I won't bother anymore due to how rude the staff was. Shame...

Ordered the combo meal 3 piece and quarter pounder meal only to be met with a two piece meal and only one set of fries. Dunno where they went but the food was good. Shame they forgot half of it. Got a refund through Uber eats. At least read the order notes when taking an order next time thanks
