Really like the new Costa coffee offer in here. The cafe looks so clean and new which I like. The freshly made sandwiches are my favourite. Waiting for a special occasion to try one of those massive doughnuts they sell too.

I've been a frequent visitor to this bar over the past two months, and it has quickly become a favorite spot. The coffee is exceptional, boasting rich flavors that keep me coming back for more. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a warm atmosphere. The cherry on top is the curated playlist of 80s music, adding a nostalgic and enjoyable touch to the overall experience. In short, this bar is a gem, offering fantastic coffee, a welcoming staff, and a fun ambiance for those seeking a delightful escape.

Terrible morose staff

Extra 30p having a coffee in a cup. Why not make the coffee 30p cheaper with your own cup, so you reward bringing the cup instead of operating a policy to punish people without a cup. It’s TOO expensive. Operate the cafe at a loss and students DONT have much money. DO THEY?!?!

Woman with the red hair/ribbon was very rude when she forgot to put syrup on my hot chocolate and refused to top me up.

Lovely hot drinks. However, the café is too expensive, and milk-alternatives are not clearly advertised.

Lovely place to work in and out the library

Customer service is VERY variable. The biggest issue I have here is that they frequently advertise out-of-date special offers and then refuse to honour them, on the grounds that "they don't tell us when the offers expire". This has been an issue on four different occasions this year. However, the hot chocolate is very good, and the cafe is a convenient place for a break from study.

Freindly staff. Coffee and cakes both excellent.

Really good sangas and baked goods. When you reach top level sneakiness, you'll even find a way to covertly bring your whole lunch to the library's silent section. This place singlehandedly kept me alive during the last month of my dissertation.
