“Restaurant located on the ground floor of the Ashdown Park hotel. Old style huge dining room. Restaurant had allocated a good table ti reflect an older guest in our party. Food was all very good, Chateaubriand was excellent. Wine list was extensive and excellent. Like the rest of the hotel the service was slow and chaotic throughout. Again the staff themselves were good, just not well organised/managed. Still overall an enjoyable dining experience in a great setting.”
