Tried for the first time this evening, won't be the last! Quality burgers, very fresh and not too heavy. Fries were very good too.Friendly people.If you haven't tried it then you really should!

Sadly as a first experience it wasn't the best but also could be the deliveroo driver taking a litral lifetime to collect and deliver the food.We got cold burgers and a Stone cold chips. Not the best when you have to heat up a takeaway that costs almost 30 quid.I changed the review to a 3 as probably not the restaurant's fault but my experience was underwhelming.================================EDIT OF MY ORIGINAL REVIEW 2024================================After my original order I was very sceptical to give it another go but oh my days!!! Hands down the best burger we've ever had! I take my previous review back.Flavours were mind blowing, fries were sheer perfection and the jalapeño bites were incredible!Well definitely be coming back again!

Went to Hotspot burger and grill last night for some hearty food after a long shift, and was greeted with a warm and friendly service,It was the best burger I’ve ever had and would 100% recommended a side of loaded fries,Can’t wait to return soon too try more!

I was staying in Newhaven for the night and I knew I wanted a burger and searched for food on Google maps. Saw the usual places then found Hot Spot Burgers. Read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. I went there to collect and was met by a small cabin, that looked a bit neglected but I AM so glad I didn't turn around. Went in and was greeted with a warm welcome, chose what I wanted and the service was great, even checked I like hot sauce because the loaded fries I chose have very hot sauce. The chap making the burgers came out and was super friendly and again checked on the hot sauce. Service was quick and I got it take away. Couldn't wait to tuck in and WOW, what a burger. I had blue cheese and bacon and it was delicious as were the loaded fries, but I did sweat after the hot sauce, I was warned! Amazing food, definitely give Hot Spot a try if in the area, they deliver too. Thanks guys for the amazing food.
