We come here on pretty much a weekly basis, great selection of pasties, pastries and sweet treats, their freshly baked filled baguettes are the best, lots of filling and lots of choice. Very reasonable priced and the staff are always friendly too!

A very good baguette (and cake, and savoury, etc) shop. Very friendly place. We had our sandwiches made to order - there's a good range of fillings available, some of which you don't often see - I had the smoked salmon and cream cheese, for example. Really can't find fault with it - recommended.

A Newhaven fixture, the Baguette shop has been serving Newhaven for 30? Years with fresh pastries, baguettes, and lunchtime staples. The staff are friendly, the prices reasonable and you can sit in or outside. I buy from there regularly and have never had any issues with their food or drink.Parking: Nearby in the multistorey or Lower Place...maybe 3-5 minutes walk away.Wheelchair accessibility: It would be possible to get a wheelchair in, just about, but would require some maneuvering. Don't think the loos would be accessible for a wheelchair user.

Such a lovely friendly cafe and I had a lovely time there on my visit today . It is now my fave cafe in Newhave.They have yummy fresh sausage rolls, sandwhiches and an amazing cake selection incilding vegan options this is coupled with exceptional service.
