This is by far the WORST McDonald I've ever experienced! Shocking!! Food always late, cold and milkshakes runny and clearly been sat for a long time. Every time we've ordered at the window we are told to park up then we are left waiting even longer, Staff are rude who couldn't care less and management are the Actual root cause as far I can see. TERRIBLE!!!

Waited 35 minutes for a milkshake and a caramel latte, eventually got fed up of waiting and went up to thr service counter to see if the order had somehow been lost. Turns out the milkshake machine was broken and they did not have the ingredients for the iced latte. So, 35 minute wait for 2 cold drinks to find out they couldn't even provide what I'd paid for.Would have been nice to have been informed.

Absolutely disgusting place. Can't get anyone's orders right. Food is absolutely freezing cold because you have to sit parked up for 40 plus minutes. Then they can't seem to find your car. Filled all of the uber drivers orders first as they get priority. Yet if you order with uber, it also arrives freezing cold and we have been waiting over an hour. Can't get through to the restaurant as they don't awnser their phone. Can't get through to drivers. Awful awful service all round. Needs to be boycotted.

Wrost mcdonalds i have visited.Made my order and have been asked to park the car up and wait.I have waited for 20 minutes for someone to bring the order, then i gone back to drive-thru window and park there until they served me.In 5 min they decide to give me my stuff that i gave orded.Staff and service very bad.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, the size of the muffins have shrunk, but the filling is still much larger, hence a bit of a mess when you bite in, I had the Double Sausage and egg meal.Staff were very friendly and service was quick.

Fourth or fifth time I’ve had it delivered and they’ve missed something off the order or it’s arrived stone cold or looks like it’s been put together by a toddler. I know it’s fast food but Christ. Tends to be marginally better if you go there direct. Still get stuff wrong regularly and you have to go back in for it to be corrected. I know it’s fast food and I’m not expecting the world but I want what I pay for, for it to be warm, and for it to arrive in a way that I can eat it.

Couple of months back got told to park up for 1 CUP OF COFFEE!…today 1 cup of coffee, 1 cheese burger & reg fries - again told to park up, which is normal for Newhaven mcds chips were under half full and stone cold, so was the cheese burger along with a 15 minute wait. Will be avoiding in future!

More times than not, when I go through the drive, through, I'm told to park up and wait. This has gotten worse since they started delivering. It is a joke if you can't handle the demand, don't do it. The whole point of a drive-through is to order and pick up, not order and park and wait.

The inside eating area is dirty with food left on the tables and the bins are overflowing and you wait ages for the food. Here seems to be no organisation
Went in for lunch with my wife on the spur of the moment. Ordered and having a disability went to sit down. Unfortunately I cannot bend my right leg so looked for an appropriate place to sit. Imagine my horror to find all the furniture fixed to the floor and there being no way for me to sit comforfortably. Ended up perched on a bench very uncomfortably and it not only ruined my meal but was embarrassing as asked two other tables to swap to see if I could get comfortable.

More like slow food. They provide priority to delivery drivers and walk in customers than the drive through. Expect a long delay if you do the drive through. Don’t bother going.

Shocking, order made at 20:50 food get handed at 21:15…. 25mins, burger cold, end up with a wrap from an another order made 10min later than mine! There were at least 25 burgers ready waiting to be bagged but nothing was happening. People on drive had to wait more than 30min to get food…. The guy walked at least twice outside with the same order…Bin inside the restaurant were over fulled… Delivery driver was waiting for 15min for a second order with the first one in his bag opened….I think this is the worst experience in a McDonald I have ever experienced!Faster in a pub….

Please park up for 20 mins whilst we prepare the wrong meal for you. Food was cold and service appalling. Don’t waste your time at this McDonalds.

I went there once because we were passing through, after ordering the food we went to wash our hands, and the toilets were horrible, the sinks were very dirty, the toilets too and there was dirty paper on the floor.What surprised us is that we ordered food to eat there and they gave it to us in a bag to take away.The "restaurant" if you can call it that, leaves a lot to be desired...
