Terrible got the wrong pizza so I called up they delivered a new one with just sweetcorn and told me them not what I ordered when the delivery man called up the store they said that’s what I had ordered not happy as who just orders sweetcorn on a pizza I added the other toppings I know I did ! But don’t show up on the app that I did ! DO NOT recommend

I ordered a Meal Deal Delivery for our Eurovision Party. Having ordered Garlic Dippers I received Garlic Bread instead. The next day I wrote and complained. 9.30pm (Sunday) they rang and woke Me and my Wife up! They asked me to supply Photos of the Boxes so I sent them along with a stock photo of what they had sent by mistake. I then received an unsigned email accusing me of lying! No apology just an accusation. I emailed again and this was their reply.. Hello, It has been decided that as we cannot meet your expectations, we will not longer be able to serve you. Kind Regards If Seaford Dominoes make a mistake with your order do not expect an apology from them. You can expect to be banned though! Terrible service.

First of all the offers on the web site were not working so we called up instead.They were very rude and abrupt on the phone.They said they could do us same deal for same price on web site as it was not working but we could only chose from 3 different sides.We’re as you can choose from more sides on web site, which was not working.Then finally 2 days later when payment came through on my statement they charged me over £5 more than was said over the pone. As was delivered with no receipt, now I know why!!Will not be using them again in Seaford .And would recommend not ordering over the phone as they will over charge form my experience.??

Never thought I’d review a Dominos but it’s pertinent for people to know how bad this Store is. Dough balls weren’t cooked, they seemed like they’d been made in advance and then left for ages. The Pepperoni Passion was hideous, never eaten such a bad pizza! Don’t know how you can get it this wrong. Hope this store is inspected by Dominos HQ and their Franchise is revoked.

This is one of the only dominoes chain I genuinely like and trust to order from. Always great delivery timing (usually faster than expected - I got one within 15 minutes last time). The guys in the shop are very helpful and polite and the food is always cooked well with generous toppings.

So we had a pizza delivered that was almost warm.Connor said it was under the heat lamp for only 40mins, so it should’ve been warm!Maybe the £2 delivery charge should be invested in paying drivers ?♂️?Who knows.Maybe I’ll start cooking food that’s healthier and doesn’t cause me angst against customer service that doesn’t give a flying funk…or find a better pizza place…
