Ordered 4 dishes. Pineapple fried rice. beef chow mein, chicken in ginger and spring onion, Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken which is the best. All are very tasty and not too salty. Very good value. Ready in 5 min. Nice and hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

Have tried all of the local Chinese takeaways and now just use this one. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but it's worth it. Always arrives hot and they're happy to help over the phone if you've ordered through a delivery app. Rice portions are large, one will serve two people. Decent value for money *****

Been a loyal customer to lucky house for years. Delivered to us tonight and forgot part of our meal. They said they would send out and waited half an hour and still nothing. Called to ask if they could just credit us for next delivery as we’ve finished our meal now and they said they can’t credit. Won’t be going back.

A two and a half hour wait for our order. It maybe longer as it still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately this is the same with most takeaways in Seaford. Stuff the customer. Useless.

Ruuuuuuude customer service, i am still waiting for my order nearly two hours now. Lady on the phone is extremely rude, no apology for being late, arguing. I will never order from there again. Complete JOKE.

Ordered here first and last time... order was late and stone cold, sweet and sour sause ice cold and curry sause the same... chicken balls wet and soggy... duck was so fatty the whole bag was swimming in oil.... the dogs ate some but even turned their noses up after a chicken ball each!

I've had several dishes from here now and can't fault them, front staff are helpful and friendly and the cooking staff are great if you ask for extra spicy as you definitely get extra spicy. I would recommend them, they do deliver, but I find it better to pick up, as you can get the food quicker...

Recently ordered from Lucky House on a Friday evening - the food was ready quickly, the covid secure collection was easy and smooth, parking available outside and then the food was still piping hot when I got it home. AND DELICIOUS! Cannot recommend enough - will definitely return!

Ordered from here at around 7pm got an estimated delivery time for an hour and half later already a long time to wait, it then turned up 45 minutes later then the estimated time so all in all 2+ hour wait and no communication from the restaurant at all,Ordered a vegetable chow mein which consisted of 1 broccoli stem and about 3 half mushrooms all coated in a lovely pool of grease completely inedible! Salt, pepper and chilli chips soggy cold no salt or pepper and 3 Tiny pieces of chilli slices ‘shredded’ beef in black been sauce turned out to be chunks of chewy cold beef in soy sauce the only enjoyable thing about this whole meal was the drink I had with it which was from my own kitchen! Avoid unless you want a disappoint long wait and cold inedible food!

Very reasonably priced and a smooth pick-up. The food was nothing special but tasted nice. A bit heavy on the oil and sugar (everything was super sweet!) but there was a varied menu and also you get what you pay for I guess. They threw in some prawn crackers for free which was a nice touch! Would probably go there again but may check out other options too.

We have used this place for years but have finally chosen to start using new sunrise instead. This comes after consistent late deliveries (always add half hour to an hour on to what they) this could be forgiven if the food was always good but its not! The food quality in this place has got worse and worse, tasteless, cold and never consistent. This has been the case time after time so finally going elsewhere. Maybe your experience will be better but it's as honest as I can be. I also fully understand covid problems and maybe under staffed but when your spending minimum of 30-40 pounds you expect better (in my opinion)

We waited 2 hours for our food (despite preordering), it was new years eve. But communication about the delay would have helped. When the food arrived though, it was delicious.

Avoid! After pre ordering for delivery for 6pm, it came it would be delivered at 6.30, which is not a problem. By 7.30 food had still not arrived. Phone the restaurant to ask where it was, and the man on the phone said it would be another 30 minutes as they were busy, which is understandable. But there excuse for being late was Just Eat don’t give them enough time on their slots. The man on the phone rudely said you’ll just have to wait until it gets to you then hung up. The only saving grace was the delivery driver who was so apologetic and lovely! Not the first time this has happened. Food was poor. The crispy pork was diabolical, not even a Rottweiler would be able to chew it, totally inedible. The chicken noodle soup had zero flavour and the chicken was grisly. The only thing that was nice was the crispy seaweed. Used to love this place, must have changed chef as had this a good couple times now. Will avoid in future
