Walked in and not greeted, a very young girl too timid to say hello and offer us a table. Waiting times for coffee and a simple breakfast 30 min plus. Chef walked behind the bar and licked his hands. Will not be returning.

First time I've been there since it was taken over and I was quite impressed. Good food and value for money. Excellent menu choice.

Really didn't enjoy the breakfast on Sunday.Service was slow and quite grim to be honest.Asked for ham & cheese toastie, but they can't do it, although they have ham & cheese croissant in the menu, and toasted bread with the breakfasts.Asked for omlete, again they can't do it, although they have scrambled eggs in the menu.My missus was told she can have like half a breakfast if it's too much (1 egg on toast instead of 2 eggs on 2 toast), but was charged full price at the end.And, to top it all off, 10% service charge included in the bill, although the service was minimal and full of "no"s.I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.
Not so good this morning. Took a long time for someone to take our order, and even longer for the order to arrive (two sandwiches, two breakfasts and four coffees). Luckily we weren't in a hurry ?
