Very pleased with the service today at subway at Birchanger services. I needed a platter for an unplanned birthday tea. Although they don't offer this at the branch, the guy was so accommodating, he whipped up a few footlong subs, cut up fairly small, and boxed them up. He kept up the polite service, even though a queue began to build, and also sorted a box of cookies quickly. ?\\nSaved me a load of hassle ?

Arrived at 17:30 shop closes at 1900 told to go away closing early. I mentioned the time he simply said no go away.

Pleasant staff, helpful.\\n\\nTried the new vegan subway Meatball Marinara. It was the last one there so was a bit thin for the sauce/balls and the cheese was practically nonexistent.\\n\\nGreat to see big chains stepping up and offering more options tho cos their other veggie patty is jaaannnkkkk

Rude staff, not helpful with order. Suddenly 6.50 meal deal turns into 10.50. Got yelled at when didnt understand an accent of serving lady. Awful honestly.

Rude staff poor people skills over priced not all of menu availabe do not tell you until you are ready to pay that they don't do breakfast deals even though the board states otherwise

Perfectly normal Subway. Prices are marked up about £0.50 for airport but staff are polite and vegetables and bread are fresh.
polite staff, good veggies and fast service. Yes, a bit more pricy but only +50p for a footlong compared to other subways (let’s remember we are near airport)
