Jack was exceptional all evening from start to finish young man with appreciating smile and overcome any issue we had all evening and witnessed first hand his great handling of any situation placed in front of him
It's Premier Inn, so you know what you're getting. Comfy bed, spacious room, decent breakfast options... and in this case lack of Air Conditioning and Lifts. However, the team on site is so helpful and friendly that these things could be classified as minor. I quickly got a working fan, and got some complimentary coffee to give me an extra boost to get my luggage up the stairs.
