Arrive today at the venue unfortunately I waited for drinks for 20 minutes and when asked about where they were the staff members in a red jacket just "patience is a virtue". By such response my friends and I were shocked by the lack of respect and rudeness of a staff member in a hospitality industry.Overall the experience was fun golfing but I highly suggest that staff needs further training on guest communication.

Top Golf offers a great experience with delicious nachos and dirty fries that I highly recommend. However, the downside is the prolonged wait for food and slow customer service. Staff seem to take their time, often engaged in casual chats. Despite this, it's a pleasant spot for a casual game of golf, making the overall experience enjoyable, especially if you're patient with the service.

I have visited here a few times and the service and food is great. This time wasn’t so great. The lady at the desk wasn’t polite. There was a technical fault on the bay we were allocated so some of our points were not being processed and the workers had to reset the machine twice. The workers also kept hovering around us and we felt like they were particularly watching us. I’ve spoken to other people and have had similar experiences that groups of people of colour get watched. Wasn’t a nice feeling

Constantly harassed by ‘security’ to provide ID despite being way before 10PM. Groups of white girls/boys were allowed to skip ID checks while in the queue, but we felt targeted as only groups of mixed races were ID’ed.

Useless staff constantly asking me to show ID to enter when 3 girls walked straight in and she even said what ID and the security guard scum said oh not for you it’s ok , wasted my time coming here would not recommend.

Booked online without having to enter or be asked about ID to then arrive at the venue and the Door staff do not know the rules and regulations.They make it up as they wish, asking for physical ID from us but letting others go with just a picture of their ID even though I had shown them a picture but they did not accept. Clearly picking and choosing who to ID. Clueless security.It wasn’t just us, other groups of people were getting turned away (males only). If you come with a female or have females in your group they’ll let you in without ID regardless if you look under 25 or not. Clear miscommunication and it should state clearly that ID is required when making a booking in itself. Poorly managed.

Security at the door need to be checked. They don’t let us in, we’re over 18 have picture proof but a guy with a group of girls can show his photo id as he looks over 25 apparently. They say they have a check 25 policy but you need to still provide a physical id one of the females didn’t have an id either they got let through without further questions.Extremely rude security guards and just terrible customer service.I questioned the security about the check 25 policy and how the guy can get let through with photo id when it doesn’t even state that he can do that, the guy couldn’t reply back to me lol.Terrible management.
Nice to play golf but staff about as happy as a cheerleader NOT. Maybe offer staff some chill pills to make a friendlier atmosphere.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and there was no queue for a bay. Good fun, facilities in good order and the staff were polite. Ample parking and prices weren't bad.

Fun but Scoring System is Could be BetterReview of Topgolf ChigwellI went there with a group of friends. There are two floors you can go to, either in the ground floor or the upper floor. I learnt from a family member that the upper floor is more fun, however the waiting time for that floor when we arrived was 1hr30mins. We instead opted to wait for 1hr for the ground floor.It might be worth mentioning that this is the first time I have done anything that comes anything close to Golf as were some of my other friends! I found that the scoring system was a bit unfair. I would aim for the further holes and receive 3/4 points, whereas my friends could get the same points by scoring into one of the closer holes. I feel that it would make sense that the further way the hole, the more points you should get? But perhaps this is because I am not aware about the difficulty behind the different types of shots (chip shots, smashing the ball as hard as you can - shots, etc).In a nutshell, worth a visit!! Would recommend this to others.
