“This place is amazing ! Quite new to the area so I thought we would try this place . Excellent food and very warm,cosy atmosphere. Staff are so well mannered and try anything to make your experience a first class one . We tried the shared Sunday roast and it was so beautifully cooked . We just could not fault this lovely place and we shall definitely return .”

“Staying nearby for a wedding, we visited on a Friday night and were seated straight away despite not having booked and the pub being busy. Cannot fault the service, all staff members were super helpful and attentive throughout the evening. We had the duck and a burger, both of which were good, and the triple-cooked chips were exceptional! Blackberry Bakewell tart was also delicious for dessert. Would absolutely visit again if in the area.”
