Still love my Greggs in the morning, as they always have something tasty to eat even with limited funds. Staff always seem jolly and happy in their work ;-)

I came in today and bought 3 items ‘Jeanette’ the lady serving me had already charged me for the first 2 items and I paid for them not knowing she hadn’t put my 3rd item through so when I asked her where it was she says to me I didn’t put it thought even though I asked you did you what anything else and you didn’t say anything. I had actually said I want this as well but I’m afraid she was hard of hearing being pension age I imagine. And then to top off my experience I asked for a receipt for the first 2 items and all 3 of the workers couldn’t even print me out a receipt for the previous transaction. Now this is absolutely ridiculous if you cannot do your job adequately you need further training or to quit and Mrs Jeanette needs to leave his job take up a hobby instead such as sewing.

Wow this Greggs has outstanding staff! They work hard and are always cheerful and kind to their customers. Vickie is warm and professional without exception. Alex is always efficient and polite. You are a credit to the high street!PS could Greggs consider oat milk as an option please?

Absolutely so happy that we now have more vegan options now in store and not ro meanion that they also now do another milk alternative for there coffees. I love the new spiced pumpkin soya latte,thanks also to all the staff who are so friendly ?can grab a coffee noe on my way in roo work at half
