Since moving to Epping, Okra Green is our new local takeaway. I myself am vegan and my mum is sugar free, Okra green is perfect for both of us as we are able to customise our curry’s to fit our dietary needs. The staff are so helpful and really do everything they can to make sure dietary needs are fully met! One of our favourites!
People always say 'my local Indian is the best Indian I've ever had, you must try it!' but I've never wanted to because we have always had such great food at Indian Ocean in Theydon Bois, surely nothing could beat it?! HOWEVER! We were craving an Indian and could not be bothered to get in the car and drive to Theydon, so we ordered from Okra. Wow, I am so glad we did! Ordered from here many times over the years, it can be hit and miss. Sometimes the food is just mediocre but today it was so good . Hot, fresh and really tasty.Friendly driver and obviously a great chef!
