Very rude manager, asked for a footlong and free children’s meal which is the promotion and I show her the promo on my subway app. She refused my kids meal as my daughter was in the car with aunt and not stood next to me. I asked her to show me where that is stated in the deal and she could not . She made a massive scene in front of other customers and was extremely embarrassing. I left without marking a purchase and will never return to her store again. What if I was taking the subway to for my child to have after school? How would that have worked . Absolutely ridiculous . She also ignored me whilst flirting with a male customer and let her colleague deal with online orders and mine .

This subway is the worst place to eat. The coffee machine has been broken for 18 months!!!! and when I do come in for a sub the ignorant man behind the counter hates it if I use my points from the app, which by the way I get from using other subways with better customer service! He hates it! And if you use one of the many "Special Offers" that appear on the app he can be very nasty and even refuse service!

Rudest staff I've ever known, they rush your order and told me I couldn't upgrade the cup drinks to bottle drinks even though there was a sign on the counter which said I could and a fridge full of them, barely any filling in the subs

I love a subway usually but this particular store I have had enough with. I usually order on deliveroo and every time I order I have missing items and hardly any filling and the quality of the food is shocking. This particular order I was missing my crisps, paid for extra cheese (there wasn’t ANY cheese either) or the jalapeños I selected and the bread was like a rock. I will not be ordering lunch from this particular store again. Harlow stores are much nicer.
