just a great old pub in a lively location. Staff were friendly and service was quick. It was one page menu but we went for baked potato which was enough to save me cooking tonight.

What a nice little pub in Epping High Street. Had a pleasant pint of Guinness there this afternoon. Built in 1539 it is really something special.

My 3 friends visited this small pub on a Saturday evening for an hour and it was very quiet of people but we didn't mind as the manager lady was very friendly and she made us some tasty cocktails !x
