Never Bella Italia again! Don’t waste your time and money there for such a bad food and service! All was good probably just olives! The rest… Food is tasteless. Fish fingers doesn't taste fish, even my 5 years daughter noticed that! Pizza base has no taste at all! It taste like those frozen £1 pizzas that you buy in shop! Even Calzone were dry inside, can you imagine that? The service?? No way. We need it to ask for everything, even i went myself to look for someone to get sauces, cutleries, napkins. We need it to ask several times for kids ice cream. The lady said ohh i will bring some extra sprinkles and stuff for kids but she never came back. ? We told the manager that the food were tasteless, we heard no sorry. Also all the food were brought one each, not together, and we get our meals after one hour! Avoid!

Staff is rude, standing we we’re waiting for 5 minutes for someone to seat us (we had reservation), I approached the staff to seat us, they didn’t know where to give us a table, the lady just seated us on the first table seen. Waited for more than 10 minutes to get a menu so we just left and went to Ask Italian, much better experience! I would not recommend going to Bella Italia.

I was absolutely amazed at how well Valerie handled our table, met all our needs and more. couldn't stop raving about the quality of the food and the great value for money. I hate to leave such a bad review but I have to say avoid this place, thought we'd give it a go after not going here for years to see if it had improved.Didn't get off to a good start, at first we were told they were full and had no tables before another staff member told us it was fine. The reason for this quickly became apparent, they were severely understaffed. 3 waiters for the entire restaurant. We waited over 25 mins just to get served after asking them to take our order several times. (this is no exaggeration) The only positive was once they took the order the food came out fairly fast.The food though was the next issue, I'm honestly surprised they still do pizza's like this. It was honestly like a school lunch pizza or the cheap type you get in some supermarkets. It was dry with little taste. I'm pretty sure the base was from frozen and they simply add toppings. We noticed lots of food was kept under the heater lamp for long periods due to the shortage of staff. This would go someway to explain some of the dryness.Paying the bill was even a chore, after asking several times, I literally had to flag one of the only few competent waiters down to pay at the till. There were multiple other tables clearly annoyed by the lack of service.Avoid.
