AVOID THIS PLACE! As we approached I could see the look on the staffs face. They were very unwelcoming and abrupt. Ordered the food and charged for everything INDIVIDUALLY. Food was below average and hygiene levels were non existent. The staff looked at us like why are we there. They couldn't even afford a smile. Would never in a million years go back. I bought a jacket potatoe and a coffee.

Was really disappointed found 2 pieces of hair in my food, midway through eating it and then I gave it to an employee he was really nice and offered me a full refund. I know this was an honest mistake and just wanted to come here and say this happened to me.

Please train your stuff. This is not a flat white. Also it was boiling hot.

Have not tried the food, but all looks ok. Please train your staff to make coffees properly. Ordered Flat White, got it in the massive cup full of milk, couldn’t even taste coffee in there. Same thing on my second visit.

My friend and I go here every Monday for toast with extra butter which we ask for accompanied with 2 x decaf cappuccino. Service, atmosphere, value for money are good, welcome and service from all the staff is excellent every time

We use Cafe Giardino most days for a coffee the staff are always friendly helpful and polite and do their utmost to serve you as quickly as possible nothing is ever too much trouble for them the seating area is always kept clean and tidy service with a smile ?

I absolutely love this cafe. This is one of the very best cafes I've been in for a very long time I'd give it 6 stars if I could, portion sizes are supper large and well cooked in a clean friendly cafe. The staff are also so welcoming and helpful.

We have eaten at Cafe Giardino on many occasions and have always had excellent food. The staff are always happy to help and accommodate any request the you might have. The food is an excellent quality and great value for money. I can honestly say I would always recommend this establishment to friends and family as somewhere to eat or simply have a coffee.
