Quick service, helpful and friendly baristas. Literally the nicest three staff serving I have ever met at a Costa. Friendly, helpful, suggested options beyond what is normally on the menu and looked so happy to be doing their jobs. Thank you for making me and my daughter smile!

10 minutes before closure, my (pregnant) wife was sat at a table and they literally took it away without saying a word. Fair enough you wanna clear up \\u0026 close, but don't take your customers table away from them during business hours, pretty bad service.

Not only did they have two serving with waiting time of 20 mins, the lady finally came to serve, missed me and served the lady behind. She then was passed off because they lady told her it was my order first. I was given the coffee said thanks and got shouted at as it was the law I had a lid. I said it's fine I am sitting hear. I then got shouted at I was rude, then when I said she was , told to shut my mouth. Plenty of other coffee shops, with better service, nicer staff and better coffee

The staff would not except costa own point for a coffee , telling me the system is down but all the tills are working. They could see the points on my phone but still refuse to take them
Very expensive food £19 for this lot, but nice large coffee, staff seem nice.

You need to change the times that you’re open on Google. It says you open at 8 am on Monday but when you get to the shop it says 11.

Went here yesterday, young girl behind the counter said she could not take my costa card as i was buying crisps and cakes, i thought this must be a new rule. Went to a different Costa today to be told i was given incorrect information yesterday and costa cards can be used for any purchase.

The staff are so lovely and polite. I made a mistake when I ordered (I wanted iced instead of hot) and the woman kindly rectified it. Tasted so good and wasn’t afraid to ask to clarify what milk I wanted (which I really appreciated).Also in 30deg weather the air con is 10/10!!
