Walked into the takeaway and Riaz met us with a smile and the most welcoming presence. We ordered a 6 piece wing meal after he suggested what we might like as we mentioned we were after wings and he told us about the savings and what comes with a drink or without. He went above and beyond to give us good customer service even in this heat and more heat in their restaurant. He stayed pleasant throughout we wanted sauces after paying he mentioned they came with the meal already. I would commend everyone who fancies some fried chicken with good service to visit this branch in Grays. Ask for Riaz he will definitely make you feel welcome and happy to spend your money and would make you come back. Keep up the good service and Riaz should be highly valued for his energy and personalised efficient service his definitely a valuable asset to the company without a doubt

0 out of 10! Not sure what’s happened to this place at all. Genuinely the deadest meal I’ve ever had. Burger was awful, dry and brown lettuce. 1 piece of chicken was the size of a wing! Speaking of wings you forgot my 2 extra wings. Chips were pure dryness. Even the can of drink had a bump in the bottom of can so wouldn’t stand upright! Literally not one thing I can say was at least ok. Sort it out

Been here a couple of times in the past few months and it has really gone down hill. My chicken burger was tough and dry, and the wings have a funny taste. I thought it could be a 1 off till my second visit confirmed it. Its not the same as any other favourite. On the other hand if you like chips only this is the place for you and the staff are friendly.

Ordered dinner, took almost an hour to arrive. It was stone cold and my daughter and son found a long hair in their food.wrong drinks sent and beans in the bag upside down so leaked over everything . Tried to call and let them know but no answer.. Disgusting ?

Wow. Those wings are the best I’ve had. Perfect combination between Crispy and Flavourful. They were soft, juicy and falling off the bone. Also got the Chicken Thigh which was equally as flavourful. Was looking for a Chicken place and Grays and I’m glad I found this! Prices were also great with many options.

Restaurant shut at 10pm and we hadn't received our order and couldn't contact the restaurant.Did not receive a call, or refund, however we did call back the next day and they were apologetic, and got the order to us.Not ideal, but we have eaten from here dozens of times in the past and this is the first issue we had. It happens.
