My recent visit to GDK left much to be desired. The overall experience fell short of expectations, with several notable shortcomings that overshadowed any positives.Firstly, the food arrived barely warm, detracting significantly from the enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the portions of sides were disappointingly tiny, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. While the OG kebab was passable, the Boss Box, which I had eagerly ordered, was a letdown. Not only did it fail to impress in terms of taste, but the excessive amount of wasted space within the box made it a horrible waste of cardboard.Moreover, the service was lacking, with the boss seemingly more interested in casual conversations with staff than attending to the growing queue of customers. This led to frustration among patrons, evident in the numerous disgruntled faces around me.Lastly, the cost simply did not align with the value provided. For £16, I received a paltry offering consisting of one small kebab, around 20 fries, 2 small spring rolls, and a Pepsi. Such a meager spread at such a high price point left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.Overall my experience at GDK was underwhelming, marked by mediocre food, wasted space, poor service, and inflated prices. I cannot recommend it based on this encounter, as there are certainly better dining options available elsewhere.

I'm a regular customer at this place, but last time was disappointed. Had some issues before,but wasn't worth mentioning as people make mistakes. I Went with a friend last Saturday and this is the size of my portion of chips and its ridiculous! Just wanted to say the food is not cheap and this is offensive!

Good quality delicious food. But the meat portion is small. I would suggest to give more meat with the portion. Quick service. Enough space for dine-in. Good place to taste German meals.

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time, but it slipped my mind until I stumbled upon a receipt in my pocket from German Donner (Lakeside). I was assisted by Milon, who was exceptionally polite and helpful. Despite it being a busy period, he took the time to explain the various Donner options available. I'm excited to try the chicken donner on my next visit. Thank you, Milon, for ensuring a memorable experience.

I ordered again today to try my luck, and once again, I receive just rubbish. I ordered 2 chicken quesadia without jalapeño, spicy sos, and onion. Gues what, I received doner quesadia (which I am allergic to it), so the final destination was on the bin. I also ordered 1 doner box, which was half empty. Overall, if you order through Uber eat or just eat, they are taking the piss on you. Not recomandat at all.
