This place is the best in Thurrock . the fish. The doner . the chips . I can't fault them even if I wanted to . good service with a smile .I recommend it for every one . oh also the prices are good .

I ordered a collection giving them one hours notice as was taking the meal to family outside of Grays. Upon arrival they went through the order which I confirmed was correct. Once I arrived with the meal for my family 2 items were missing and the mushy peas(if you can call them that) were a joke! There was a small amount in the bottom of the container and the rest was green juice. Very disappointed and embarrassed to turn up to family with half a meal.

Each time my family visit we order rock eel and chips and cod and chips.Always freshly cooked ,loads of lovely chips,slices of lemon and tartare sauce.They say it’s the best they have had and we agree and have recommended to our friends.

First time at this fish and chop bar, since its reopened. Absolutely brilliant service, really nice staff that give you a personal service and they want to do a good job. The chips are the best in thurrock and they give very big portions. All the food was piping hot, fresh and lovely. They even give you a free bottle of drink of your choice! Well done guys.
