Good service, clean tables just before the lunch rush. And if you've not had K F C for a while, yum! Small unit, tho, so I'm sure it can get very busy, but there is a drive thru, too.

The new upgrade i thought might of made the staff have more compassion about their new store but in had a horrible experience. Waited nearly 10 minutes to be served by one girl because they were concentrating on the drive through. When unasked for something of the menu I was greeted by a manager stating the machine ain't warmed up yet so I said can a sign me put up to warm customers to avoid disappointment when ordering and was greeted with a sarcastic comment and a stupid grin. When I complained to KFC I just got fobbed off with a answer that a manager will look into this and will retrain her staff... no compensation or offer of return of cold goods nothing....

Forgot the cheese in my tower, had no crushes. Much like any typical franchise.
