Chicken was undercooked and chewy. This rating is purely based on this visit. Very busy place and always serve food in no time. Fries and drinks are already packed and ready to go which makes the fries damp and drinks flat!

Hmmmm went in with my blue light app\\nOn my phone and got told that I can't use it as I don't have the original card. I logged in and out and showed I'd (did not expect to need to bring work I'd!) The manager Jo was as helpful as a chocolate teapot and refused to honour the app, stating that there had been a security breach on the blue light app and not her responsibility. Good old fashioned customer service... And I thought the Karen's were supposed to be this side of the counter.\\nReally poor show KFC way to honour the promotion that you put in place for those that have helped others through the covid crisis. Shameful really shameful

Standard kfc.. Takes along time to get your food from the order point... Think they need a better system in order to deal with peak times

It was actually very nice on this occasion. Recently KFC has taken a dive in my opinion and the fact they only serve Pepsi Max (which is often so watered down so as to make it undrinkable) and not even full fat Pepsi, always makes me question if I actually want to eat there. Went for a mighty bucket for one and a bottle of water rather than getting a cup of brown pi55. The chicken was very tasty and not too greasy.

Beyond fast food..\\nCustomer facing staff OK but not pleasant. Food was average, undercooked chips and items missing from tray..\\nStill yearn for old KFC with the old type chips and a proper portion of chicken..

Every time I travel there the food is always fresh and hot ? always tantalising chicken and I always enjoy when I'm there especially because the standard is high

Quick service via automated order stations. Order and wait to get your order. Very simple. Plenty of seats.

Went there this evening ordered received our food got home to fine that even though i had paid for it they did not include the chips. Not a happy customer. When they prepare the orders the staff should check it before handing it over to customers.
Food good as always. Service lacked any kind of personality as didn't get a hello or a goodbye just my order number shouted at me and then my food given to me. Fine if you don't mind just being a number.

Very quick service staff very friendly and helpful but a bit stressed out by the looks of it. Food very unhealthy like all fast food but it tastes so good lol. Portions could be bigger for the price. Place very clean and tidy

The quick order kiosks are a good idea and does tend to speed up the queue especially at peak times. Staff were friendly and food was as ever finger lickin good. Seating area size could be improved drastically however but that is 'intu' not KFC's responsibility.
