Manager Charlotte incredibly rude, unprofessional and snappy. Staff were unable to help us so they asked her a question and you could tell she was frustrated that she had to get up and help. Great service from Katie and the other lady serving, but Charlotte needs to learn how to be polite to staff and customers.

on way past and fancy a doungnut stood looking to see what to have and the young girl was biting her nails and playing with her hair then touching the food no gloves not even washed her hand so i choose not to buy one

As my daughter had to have eye test at lakeside the gentlemen serving at the time made me feel so touched he was so so kind and if all people was like him then the world would be a nicer place I didn't have enough of right money my daughter and son got very upset but this man let us have themThank you so so much your customer service as fantastic and made my children so so happy well done krsipy kreeme
