Friendly staff, very accommodating, the till froze but that was not the staffs fault. They handled it professionally and as fast as possible. The woman with the blone dread locks served me and she was wonderful

The female staff who served us today at 12 pm (4/06/23) in lakeside was extremely rude and unprofessional.We told her we were unhappy with the date on the cookie being one sided and she showed us so much attitude. She rolled her eyes at us and walked off when we raised our concerns, and didn’t bother to ask us if we were happy with the cookie. The manager of the lakeside branch needs to really re-train their staff and get them to read their job description because this lady was clearly unhappy with working there, as she lacks BASIC customer service. Will definitely not come back to order anymore cookies from them if the staff are not keen to amend the suggestions we as CUSTOMERS have. Even if the concerns we had couldn’t be met she could have been nice about it - which she was not.
