Brilliant service at a busy time, although despite how busy it was, a table was allocated easily by Megan, many thanks to her. After ordering, the food took around 5 minutes to arrive which is outstanding as it was busy. The food was really nice and I would definitely eat here again.

The drinks are heavily watered down. Considering you’re charging over £3 for a refillable drink, I would expect it to at least be worth £3. You might as well ask for tap water for free because the Coke Zero is just as tasteless.My garlic bread was burnt which was disappointing.

Went here today for some lunch, wasn't too busy so seemed ideal for a quick stop. Me and my friend both ordered on the app - my friends food came very quickly, waited ages for mine - could actually see it sitting on the counter for a good 15 minutes, the waiters were all standing around not doing much at all whilst many food orders sat on the side. I ended up having to ask a waiter to check on my food and it was the plate that had just been sitting there, so when it wasn't hot anymore by the time I got it. In addition to this when I went to get a drink the women at front of house turned and almost knocked out of my hands and didn't even acknowledge me let alone apologise for crashing into me. Not very impressed with the service considering it wasn't even that busy when we arrived.

This is one of the busiest Nando's have been, The environment by the lake is wonderful if you don't mind waiting.The food is at a good standard and serve at a good pace.The things that make this place score so poor is the standard of cleanest of plates and cutlery, no one wipes them once wash?

They forgot one of our meals on a table of 3 so by the time it came after we had to ask, the food wasn't very hot! It was never a great place by any means but I cannot begin to understand why people queue for nandos in the cold! I rather go hungry. Drinks were flat and kids were climbing over the booths.. wasn't my choice to eat here, haven't done it in years, won't do again for sometime, hopefully !

Nice place. Busy. Food could have been hotter. Left on pass too long and some of the areas did not have the lights on above . Apart from temperature food was good.
Quite busy which tells that they have what people want.It was overcrowded, I can’t be angry with that.The chicken was undercooked, I got my food to go, had to toss it in the air fryer when I got home.The staff were very nice and in high spirits.Will definitely be visiting again.

Awesome. The food arrived in a short space time after placing the order.Chicken was cooked to their usual standard. No real seasoning but the sauce makes up for it.
