Pizza • “Visited here yesterday for our granddaughters 3rd birthday. A huge thank you to Charlie who organised her birthday cake and got staff to sing to her. Top service, very clean and friendly. Lovely atmosphere … thank you all but extra shout out thank you to Charlie and Eliza says big thank you she was so over the moon with singing and cake. 5star and more.”

“Our go to Pizza, especially when ordering for lots of kids. Awesome pizza, blows Dominos and Papa Johns out the water. We always get the 20" pizzas...... YES i said 20"....they are the freshest tastiest Pizzas in Thurrock, always piping hot, and the base is cooked to perfection . Super service, great menu, massive choice of toppings etc. And value for money is outstanding.... Cannot recommend them enough. Pizza • “Was put off by the waitress who found us a table as A) we hadn’t booked and B) god forbid we needed space for a wheelchair. After our initial surprise the waitresses were pleasant and helpful (excluding the first waitress who sat us down) and everything was with ease and a smile. Maybe disability acceptance training needs to be ongoing for staff to ensure everyone is educated on equality when it comes to being disabled.”
Pizza • “1st visit to this branch and 1st visit in any Pizza Hut post covid. The salad bar has improved beyond recognition since my last visit, which was greatly reduced and not fit for purpose. Now a good selection of many good salady items!! The pizzas on the buffet were constant, fresh and all good, as were the pastas too. If the area leading to the gents toilets had been better I would have given 5 stars, however this is awaiting attention(or so the sign said). Unlimited drinks were good and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was pleasantly busy. I will now return to Pizza Hut again and suggest if you've not visited for a while, try it.”

“Had a lovely meal this evening , food was great and the service was excellent!The waiter was really attentive and great with my son , he was chatting away to him and bought over the crayons so he could fill in his kids sheet.I asked his name as I was so pleased, his name was Logan , only a young man but it was evident that he takes pride in his work. Great service is hard to come by so when it does it should be praised! Well done pizza express lakeside .Kid-friendliness: Great service”
