Asked for the same thing 3 times because the girl was having conversations with colleagues and not paying attention. She got the order wrong, threw it away. So wasteful!!!! Then by the time I sat down to eat it was a great big sloppy mess. Not a great experience.

Food was lovely, service was good but staff didn't know about common allergens. They have removed some classic menu items so if you have a specific order check before you go to make sure it hasn't been removed.

The meal was good actually. What I really did not like the cashier lady convinced my wife the 1st. transaction did not go through, so she charged again, despite my wife showed the bank notification to her it was already charged. We have paid twice for the same meal. Such a good bargain isn't it? (My wife had to report this fraud to the bank, so we got the refund) Avoid at any "double" cost.
Not a great experience. Ordered a large naked burrito which only half filled the bowl and had to challenge manager on portion size, which she admitted was too small. Also Taco filling (which you don’t get much of in the first place) was spilt over foil sheet whilst transferring to bowl. When I asked if it could all be added back to my Tacos I got rolled eyes from the server. I new they charged for guacamole but the potion seems to have got much smaller. Won’t be coming back!

DO NOT ORDER ON UBEREATS. Ordered twice because the first time they severely messed up my order and then ordered again to give them the benefit of doubt and they again failed to impressed. Just failed in general really. Waiting around an hour for them to pack and deliver food is ridiculous since we live 15 mins away. Please sort yourselves out before coming on food delivery sites.

My first time visiting tortilla yesterday and I can happily say I will be visiting again. The two women who greeted me were so welcome , and helpful as well when letting me know the options available. The food was so tasty and flavourful, I will be recommending tortilla to all my friends and family!

When I went there I was greeted with nothing but attitude. It was absolutely ridiculous. I was not told that the place was card only till my burrito had already been made. So to me surprise when I got to the till with only cash and no card I was met with nothing but rudeness and a major lack of manners. I hope that the cashier that served me learns to have some better customer service because hers was absolutely appalling. Absolutely disgraceful. 1/10 experience.

Very poor service. Purchased a large veg naked burrito and the stuffing was kids size. When requested for bit more stuffing, the staff got agitated and mentioned this is the portion size. Salsa was given less than 1 spoon, salad and lettuce they didn't bother asking and when I asked they literally ignored and said do you need guacamole which is £1.30 extra. When said no, pushed my bowl further. Reaching at till, I mentioned can you please put little more of salsa and corn, lady straight away mentioned this is the portion size and that is all.Pathetic.....These guys cannot come near to the quality and service of Chipotle...!!!
