Service was quick, and we were promptly seated. However, the food was not up to par.Having had Wagamamas previously, I know the food used to be really nice.However, it seems that they have started to cut costs and reduce the quality of their food ingredients and portion sizes.Will not be going back there sadly, which is a shame.

I had duck gyoza, beef brisket ramen, and juice sorbet. Everything was very tasty. Plenty of room around. Place was not too crowded when I went. Waitresses and waiters were very kind. Price was acceptable for the food quality and service.

Wagamama have redeemed themselves this evening. Everything was so delicious and the service was brilliant. I HIGHLY recommend the beef brisket hot pot and get lots of little sides with it, like the rotti and kimchi.Our waitress Jasmin was really polite and friendly too. The service has been quick and efficient tonight.

I loved my experience here - the drinks were top tier and my food was outstanding. I asked for the prawns removed and they listened. However, my friend didn't want red onions (fried or not fried) and had to wait extra to get a new plate.Dietary restrictions: You can ask to remove things you don't want or can't eat.

We had a very very pleasant stay. Firstly the food was amazing, the ingredients tasted fresh and crispy, the meat was tender and the food came quite quickly too.There are plenty of seats, some outside as well with the view to the lake.The staff is helpful and kind. Toilets were clean.Plenty of parking available at the parking lot at lakeside.Definitely will be returning.

Extremely quick service.Chilli squid for starters are amazing, make sure to eat them soon as they are not as nice when they are cold.They salmon teriyaki was nice and flavourful but the noodles were not as well seasoned and the vegetables were a little large.Overall it was good food but the chilli squid stood out.
