First time getting takeout from here and it was disappointing. The bhajis were very tasty but the other dishes lacked flavour. The chicken korma tasted like it didn't have any coconut milk in it, never had one like it! Portion sizes were good and it's cheaper than the other Indian's around here, but taste was not up to it. It sort of reminded me of buying a jar sauce instead of making a home made sauce, a little artificial and lacking.

This was our first and last takeaway order from this restaurant. Rice was not given with daysak which was not stated on menu so I had to quickly cook some. It is a regular dish for me at many locations and has always had the rice included. The food was not particularly nice tasting at all. The last straw was that we don't eat meat but as we were ordering a prawn dish felt it unnecessary to state this, however, there was a piece of chicken in our dansak! Absolutely unforgivable!! Never again!!!

Absolutely delectable food, will leave you going for seconds each time. Can't rave enough about how great of a restaurant this is, would recommend it to anyone wanting a delightful experience of South Asian cuisine.

I have visited the restaurant, had takeaways delivered or collected many times but this last occasion was definitely the last ! I had a takeaway delivered on Sunday 30th May, I always get a chicken shashlik within my order. This was the worst shashlik I have ever encountered, you would have sent it back if it had been brought to your table if eating in. It was a bright red oily mess with some uniformed cubes of “chicken” swimming around in it ! I shouldn’t of eaten it, but being bloody starving I tried to, I ate half before leaving the rest, it tasted like Chinese chicken ? Was obviously fried pieces of frozen “chicken” ! Horrible, and my guts have taken until today, Thursday, to feel right again !I will not be returning, they have lost a good customer!

Tasty food, good service and not too busy. Perfect for a table with friends as you can hear each other chat. Amazing korma and bahjis

I understand that they are very busy but to deliver cold food and then argue with me about it is not professional. I'd rather wait and be delivered hot food or be contacted and asked if I could collect but no, just argued with me over the phone about it. Blamed the delivery app. Told me to just reheat it. Then had to reheat all the food so we could actually eat it.
Have eaten there in the past and been very satisfied. Mostly disappointed with the manager's attitude on the phone.
Vegetable curry looks to be frozen mixed veg in a sauce, added potato in the biryani.
If you can't do the quality, just don't

Due to the current Coronavirus they are obviously operating takeway only. Ordered by phone and was ready for collection in 30 minutes and was an excellent meal.

Food always second to none. Many thanks for the free meal as I work in the NHS. We don’t expect this as the people we are.

Food was as lovely as it always is! Only sad point for me was they have taken off “prawn cocktail” from the starters! I know it’s old hat but it’s one of the few places left that served this delight that in my opinion is “timeless” come on village Indiya, put it back then you’d be perfect! :)
