As Costa is one of the UK's leading coffee houses, I had high expectations and was not let down. The staff work hard and are very polite, the coffee is of an excellent standard, and it has a great atmosphere overall.

Tables and area are always clean, quality of products always very high and the baristas are very helpful and friendly, even the baristas in training are very helpful, quick and kind.
