We tried Peri Peri Chicken, and burger and they were best in town. We were confused by the reviews but still tried and we were amazed by the taste and freshness of chicken

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Bad attitude from all staff members. The Asian guy with glasses and a beard seems to think he knows more than anyone else even though he only came to this country few months back. Asked for the boss was told he was on holiday. Staff members eager to get rid of people and run this business into the ground it seems

Best shop to expect bad customer service, been here many times and always get the same bad customer service from all of their staff members. Food is expensive and isn’t always the best, last time I ordered the peri burger was like rubber and couldn’t even bite into it.Todays experience was horrible, made a phone call to make an order for collection, but the guy on the phone did not want to take my order and was telling me to come in person and order, I repeated my order again and then he agreed to make it.I arrived at the shop where a staff member approached me and asked what I want, I told him I made an order on the phone for a collection, and then his phone rang and he turned around and spoke to his mate whilst touching his private part, after waiting I was asked what the order was and he went to get it, we asked if he put the sauce in the burger which is when he touched the whole burger with his hands and opened it up and said yes right sauce. I no longer wanted that burger and told him the reason which is when he replied “we always touch with our hands” I cancelled the order and left.All of their staff are rude, moody and need serious hygiene training. They touch everything but don’t want to wash their hands before handling food, the floor is a mess and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned properly. Looks as if it’s a shop run by kids. Expensive prices for bad service.

Got a mixed donner on naan 10 quid was lovely nice meats and salad was fresh ? real tasty and enjoyed Fries were cooked nice and crispy, not sure if they do mint sauce or garlic mayo would have been great ? clean inside staff friendly some seating inside.

Usually a decent meal, but only really when collecting in-store. Chips are delicious, probably the best from any kebab shop in Harlow. chicken wrap and burgers are very nice. Sometimes the lettuce makes it a little soggy, but never tastes bad. Best to avoid ordering for delivery though, they put the food in a paper bag and then in a plastic one after. Heat from the food makes condensation build up in the bag and everything turns soggy and nasty if they take a while to deliver. It goes from decent to disgusting very fast, the paper bag within the outer plastic one fell apart into pieces last time I ordered from them because of all the condensation. All the food was wet and just unpleasant to eat. Just a word of advice to the restaurant, maybe ditch the plastic bags and just double up on the paper ones instead? Better for the planet and way better for your quality of food.4/5 if collected in-store2/5 when delivered, possibly lower.

1st order with bonito grill. Bad experience. Over 1hr 40mins for delivery. Called restaurant 3 times. No urgency from them. Was told twice it's 5 mins away. Then told driver leaving and be with us soon.... 35mins later no driver. It's a 4mins drive from my place to the restaurant... Terrible and I doubt I will be ordering from here again. Asked for money back and nothing heard from them. Very poor. Food when it arrived was ok. Nothing special.
