I stop here on the way home usually after being in Harlow, very helpful staff especially a younger gentleman working the tills, he took the time to explain their ‘to good to go’ process so I would get a great deal. Worth stopping here as they have some good M&S expiry date deals throughout the day. Petrol is a little more expensive than other garages, I only get fuel here in an emergency.

Stopped here to get petrol (full tank purchased) and to use the toilets. They were out of order and so being 5 months pregnant (visibly) I asked to use the staff toilets. Was told I could not. I asked again and explained that I was pregnant but staff would not assist only suggesting I ask the building site next door to use their toilets. Is this how bp treat their customers ?

Poor poor very poor services stop in here regularly and it's open but tonight the young lad decided to close up at 2100 and wouldn't let anyone get food or use the toilets

No diesel, havent had any for 10 days+. When I asked why I was told there was something wrong with the pump and no idea when might be fixed. We have 20 bp fuel cards and this is the nearest 24 hour station. Can you give any update yet on when the issue will be fixed?

My thanks to the staff tonight who allowed me to jump the long que for petrol when my motor bike was on fumes. As soon as they saw my EVBS Bloodrunners hi-viz jacket and ID they took me to a pump to fillup.

Nice place to charge the electric car, 2 x BP pulse modern and fully functional chargers, a real find for our troops to London from Lincolnshire. Plus an M&S good store in the garage with gents and ladies toilets.

Hot drinks are disgusting. They using machines for just shot of coffee and hot water but adding cold milk from a bottle wich makes any fckn hot drink not hot but cold... Money waste
