The lady who made my coffee made no attempt to smile or interact with me. If you don't want to work in Costa you really shouldn't be there. Very poor customer service.

The lady who served me here today was so nice, I haven't experienced this outstanding customer service in a while. I used to go to Starbucks just because it's conveniently placed but I will change to Costa from now on. Keep up the great work :)

Worst coffee from a Costa ever. Went for a coffee, we had an espresso and a decaf latte. Espresso was disappointing with spillage all over the cup, the latte was basically hot milk, sent the latte back and somehow they managed to make the replacement worse

The chocolate twist was a bit dry and stale. The coffee was good, the staff were polite and warmed the twist up which made it more palatable. I find that branch a bit dark and dingy.
