Ordered the vegan pepperoni Italian, had it the day before absolutely delicious with bbq sauce base.I decided to order tonight again. Shocking you would have thought a child had been let lose with sauce, swimming in bbq sauce which meant that's all you can taste and smell.Agreed refund no issue. Another level of stupid in preparation of food! Won't be doing that again!

When you Call they never answer phone had to go to their to be greated by a very rude worker. No manners at all and laughed when he told me ill have to wait 35 mins. I called the phone whilst standing in front of counter and they just ignored it. I think dominos need to give their staff lessons in customer care service and manners. Will not use Harlow town one again

I had a really nice pizza it was nice a guy called Dave gave me the pizza it was a nice pizza very good pizza I recommend this pizza a lot of cheese on the pizza the pizza was very nice I would defo get the same pizza as before and jack and Jill love this pizza

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The staff was neither wearing mask nor hair coverings in this time of pandemic which resulted in hair in pizza. Complained about it to the shop. Will never ever go there. If there was anything lower than 1, then I would have given that score.

We arrived at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this place from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were very polite and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

Pizza took 2 hours to reach me wen it did, it wasnt the pizza i ordered an the drink was wrong. I then had to wait a further 40 minutes for a replacement. Girl on the desk obviously has no education what so ever and was no help, not apoligetic and generally just didnt care. Will never use this branch agen and honestly it has made me think twice about ever using dominoes as a whole.

Food overall was good, however the driver was very rude, we have a big family and when he delivered he was rude to a member of the family and said....oh my are this hungry...... if we use delivery service in the future and get same driver I will answer the door and wont be polite to him either

Usually using delivery, but this time we decided to collect. Ordered one pizza to share, we asked if they can do half pizza with different toppings and there was no problem to it with no extra charge. We been told time, when pizza will be ready for collection. When we arrived, pizza was ready. Taste very good, better price then for delivery :)
